Introduction

You can use the Tag Window Import Tools menu to import configuration into Fernhill SCADA:

The menu provides five options:

• Import Configuration to import from a previously exported configuration file (.fhscfg).
• Import an Example to import a configuration sample installed with the product (.fhscfg).
• Import an InTouch Project to import tags, windows and scripts from a Wonderware InTouch project.
• Import tags from a Citect Project to import tags from a Citect project.
• Import tags from a ClearSCADA Export File to import tags from a ClearSCADA export file (*.sde).

Import Configuration

To import configuration from a previously exported file:

1. In the Tag Window, right-click the folder where you want to import the configuration.
2. From the menu select Import followed by Import configuration...
3. Use the file browser to select the (.fhscfg) file.
4. Click Open to import the configuration.

Import Example

To import configuration from a sample installed with the product:

1. In the Tag Window, right-click the folder where you want to import the example.
2. From the menu select Import followed by Import example...
3. Select the appropriate (.fhscfg) file.
4. Click Open to import the example.
