Introduction

The Mitsubishi Melsec UDP Channel Tag Channel Tag Icon provides a UDP communication channel to Mitsubishi Melsec PLC Devices.

Configuration Properties

The Mitsubishi Melsec UDP channel supports the properties of the Mitsubishi Melsec Channel Tag plus these properties:

Property Type Version Description
Host WSTRING 1.1 The network address of the Mitsubishi PLC. This can be any of the following:
  • An IP Address. For example: 192.168.1.15
  • A node name. For example: PLC
  • A fully qualified domain name. For example: plc.example.com
Port WSTRING 1.1 The port number used for communications. The default port number for Mitsubishi Melsec is 5000.
