An Alarm is an indication of an abnormal condition, which is intended to alert an operator that action is required. See Alarm Handling for an overview of alarms in Fernhill SCADA.
Users Acknowledge an alarm to indicate that the nature of the alarm is understood and corrective action has been initiated.
