Introduction

The Value Duration Plot shows how much time SCADA measurements are at different values:

Navigating Using the keyboard

Use these keys to change the time scale of the Value Duration Plot:

KeyAction
Ctrl + Left ArrowView the previous time interval
Ctrl + Right ArrowView the next time interval
HomeReset the position of the X axis back to the default

Display Pen Data Values

To display the raw data values associated with a pen:

  1. Right-click the pen at the bottom of the trend.
  2. Select Display Data Values.

To display the raw data values associated with all pens:

  1. Right-click the main trend area.
  2. Select Display Data Values.

Read Values Using the Ruler

The Value Duration Plot supports a vertical ruler, allowing you to display the pen values at a duration:

The duration the ruler represents is shown above the graph area. The values of each pen at the ruler position are shown in the pen area at the bottom of the trend.

You can display or hide the ruler using mouse clicks on the graph area of the plot:

EffectAction
To show the ruler Click the graph area of the plot.
To hide the ruler Click the ruler in the graph area of the plot.
To move the ruler to a new location Click a new location in the graph area of the plot.
