Introduction

The SQL Result Offset clause declares the number of rows to skip at the start of the query result.

Syntax

result-offset-clause ::=
  OFFSET row-count { ROW | ROWS }

Remarks

row-count is a constant integer value or parameter that is greater than or equal to zero. The value defines the number of rows to skip at the start of the query result.

The keywords ROW and ROWS are synonyms.

Examples

To skip the first 5 digital tags:

Select FullName,Value,Quality
From TagDataPointDigital
Offset 5 Rows
