Introduction

String functions typically return a new string.

Syntax

  LOWER ( value-expression )
  | UPPER ( value-expression )

Remarks

These String functions are supported:

FunctionCalculation
LOWER( S )Returns the lower case equivalent of S.
UPPER( S )Returns the upper case equivalent of S.
